Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and dependable Sales Representative who is motivated by performance and wants the opportunity to earn without a fixed income cap.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The more sales you generate and close, the more you can earn. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is confident, eager to learn, comfortable speaking with customers, and willing to put in the effort required to build a successful sales career.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in home improvement, construction, fencing, in-home sales, retail sales, customer service, or commission-based work is a plus.

We provide two weeks of structured training to help you learn our products, sales process, customer communication standards, and how to prepare and present estimates. After training, you will be expected to communicate professionally with customers, follow up consistently, and work toward closing sales.

This is a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential. Your income will depend on your performance, consistency, and ability to close sales. This is not the right position for someone looking for a guaranteed fixed salary, but it can be an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson who wants control over their earning potential.
