Job Description:

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Fluent in Farsi (speaking, reading, and writing) – MUST.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
• Experience with OASIS documentation is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits.
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
• Home Health or Medicare-certified agency experience.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).
• Familiarity with Sinergy.
