QuickBooks Online Specialist Needed - Bookkeeper for Auto Body Shop - Inglewood, CA / Remote

We’re looking for a QBO power user who knows how clean books are actually built — one transaction at a time.
Note: you must be QBO certified

This role is for you only if:
You know how to help establish financial systems from scratch for a growing business
You live inside QBO and understand the bank feed like the back of your hand
You know the difference between “posted” and posted correctly
You catch duplicates, missing deposits, and miscodings before anyone asks
You take pride in making clients look sharp, confident, and buttoned-up
You don’t need babysitting, reminders, or daily check-ins
You treat work-from-home productivity like a badge of honor and show up in person when needed

This role is not for you if:
You’re “learning QBO”
You need scripts for every decision
You confuse speed with accuracy
You want to coast or hide behind async excuses
What you’ll actually be doing:
Managing bank and credit card feeds with extreme discipline
Posting & matching the bank feed cleanly and correctly
Making the books tell the truth and reposting missing items to the client
Helping our clients shine because their numbers are right


Pay: $18–$22/hour
Location: Hybrid/Remote - Come into office as needed, in Inglewood CA
