Job Description:

Wound care services and patient management. The ideal candidate will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, provide wound care procedures, document clinical findings, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
Active California NP License
DEA License preferred
Wound care experience preferred
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds
Perform wound evaluations and procedures within scope of practice
Develop and manage treatment plans
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
