Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and compassionate NEMT Drivers to safely transport wheelchair-bound passengers to and from medical appointments, facilities, residences, and other approved destinations.

The driver is responsible for safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading passengers using a wheelchair-accessible vehicle while providing professional and respectful customer service.

Job Requirements:

* ENGLISH IS REQUIRED. Drivers must be able to speak, understand, read, and communicate effectively in English.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
* Must be extremely professional, respectful, patient, and courteous with passengers.
* Must be able to safely load and unload passengers and wheelchairs.
* Must know how to properly secure wheelchairs using wheelchair restraints.
* Must be comfortable operating wheelchair lifts and ramps.
* Must be able to use GPS and navigation systems independently.
* Must be able to follow directions and arrive at appointments on time.
* Must have a valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
* Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible.
* Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Must be able to work independently and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
