Job Summary Taking orders of ELD equipment, packaging, printing labels, and shipping Handling various office tasks Customer communications Planning and coordination Attention to detail Basic understanding of transportation industry regulations or a willingness to learn Job Requirements: Administrative & Office Support Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients Maintain and organize digital and physical records Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed Assist with data entry, file management, and general office operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality Ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Participate in marketing and social media video production |
