This front-facing role is critical to maintaining our high standard of client service and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors, manage front desk operations, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with strong phone etiquette.
Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for attorneys and staff.
Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure client satisfaction.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Provide occasional personal assistant support to attorneys as needed.
