A home health agency in Burbank that has been in business for over 15 years is looking for a Home Health Front Intake Coordinator with home health experience who meets the following requirements.


Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Receive, process, and document new patient referrals
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
Enter patient information accurately into the EMR system
Communicate with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources
Coordinate the start-of-care process with clinicians
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient intake files
Assist with general front desk duties (greeting visitors, filing, scanning, scheduling)
Provide administrative support to the office as needed
