As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for professionals to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional for our home health agency. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring OASIS accuracy, validating ICD-10 coding, and maintaining compliance with Medicare regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:

Experience with home health QA, OASIS review, and ICD-10 coding.
Knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and PDGM.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
