Job Description:

Customer Service and/or Sales. This is a part-time/full-time position.

• Calling clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Answering client questions about services, products, billing, claims, …
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts.
• Maintaining client records.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that
our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Be genuinely excited to help customers.

Job Requirements:

Must be fully licensed

Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
• Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
• Strong customer service and office administrative skills
• Basic knowledge of computer software programs and office equipment
• Knowledge of English and Armenian
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently

Fluent English is a must
