Job Description:

We are a busy floral design studio specializing in weddings and special events, and we are seeking an Event & Floral Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for events and florals. You will be the key point of contact between clients, wedding coordinators, vendors, and our design team, ensuring that each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate event timelines, workflow, and studio production schedules.
- Placing orders, purchases, supplies and receive fresh flowers.
- Coordinate quantities, colors, and varieties of florals needed for each event.
- Supervise team workflow in the studio and on-site at event installations.
- Be present on weekends at event locations to oversee floral setup, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot any on-site challenges to ensure seamless execution.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
- Must be able to speak Armenian and English.
- Previous experience in event coordination, wedding coordination, or floral industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence in client-facing and vendor-facing roles.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to lead a team while coordinating multiple moving parts.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and managing last minute changes
- Willingness to work weekends and non-traditional hours during peak season.
- Passion for weddings, events, and floral design (floral knowledge a plus, but not required).
