Our Law Group is a California consumer protection firm specializing in lemon law and the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. We fight for consumers stuck with defective vehicles, and we're growing. We're looking for a sharp, organized, and personable Case Manager to join our lemon law division and play a hands-on role in moving cases forward from intake through resolution.

This is a client-facing, detail-driven role. You'll be the point of contact who keeps cases organized, clients informed, and the process running smoothly. If you're someone who follows through, stays on top of details, and communicates clearly, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate repair orders to determine whether a case qualifies under lemon law, identifying repair history, recurring defects, and warranty timelines
- Request and collect documents from clients (repair orders, purchase agreements, registration, etc.) and follow up persistently until everything is received
- Sign up new clients, walking them through the retainer process and setting clear expectations
- Communicate with manufacturers and defense counsel, providing all requested documentation and information in a timely, professional manner
- Provide regular case status updates to clients, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process
- Coordinate vehicle surrenders between clients and dealerships, managing scheduling and logistics from start to finish

Position Details:
- Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Part-time, 2–3 days per week, 5 hours per day
- Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
