Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team.
This is a phone-focused position. Your primary responsibility will be to speak with customers, build trust quickly, and schedule as many qualified appointments as possible.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. The way you handle the call matters because the way the call goes is often the way the appointment will go. We are looking for someone who understands how to control a conversation professionally, keep customers engaged, and confidently move the call toward an appointment.
What You'll Be Doing
Make and receive customer calls throughout an 8-hour workday.
Speak with customers confidently and professionally.
Schedule as many qualified appointments as possible.
Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression.
Understand customer needs and guide the conversation toward scheduling.
Answer questions and address basic concerns professionally.
Accurately enter appointment and customer information into our system.
Follow established call processes while still sounding natural and conversational.
Maintain consistent productivity throughout the day.
Take ownership of your performance and appointment-setting results.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experienced in a call center environment.
Very comfortable talking on the phone, leaving voicemails, making repeated calls for extended periods of time.
Able to handle rejection and continue making calls without losing motivation.
Confident speaking with different types of customers.
Self-motivated and driven to produce results.
Able to work independently without constant supervision or micromanagement.
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving appointment-setting targets.
Friendly, professional, and comfortable building rapport quickly.
Reliable, organized, and able to stay productive during an 8-hour shift.
Comfortable working in a fast or slow paced environment, each day is different.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership.
You should be able to sit down, start your shift, pick up the phone, and stay focused on the goal: having quality conversations and scheduling appointments.
We don't want someone who needs to be micromanaged every step of the way. We want someone who can take direction, learn our process, and then run with it.
You are the first impression a customer gets from our company. We need someone who understands that every call is an opportunity to create a great customer experience and schedule an appointment.

8-hour workday, Monday - Friday
Full-time position, pay biweekly

Salary:

Hourly $17 + $50 BONUS per appointment you scheduled that sells! Pay increases based on performance
